Our Coaches

Margarita Mamzina

Margarita Mamzina is a former Russian National Team coach. She worked as the head coach of the Junior Olympics team of the Volograd region in 2001 and 2002. In addition, she assisted in creating routines for gymnastics shows, and helped incorporate rhythmic gymnastic routines into Volograd city and regional celebrations.

In spring of 2003 Margarita arrived in the United States, and opened TCR in 2005. Since coming to the U.S. she has coached regional and national champions in both individual and team competitions. She has a goal-oriented approach in training the athletes at the highest level.



Prior to moving to the U.S., Varvara Nizovskikh was heavily involved in rhythmic gymnastics in her native homeland of Russia.

She earned the "Master of Sport of Russian Federation" title, specializing in rhythmic gymnastics in 1999. From 2001 to 2006 Varvara attended Siberian State University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from the School of Physical Education, and earning the "Specialist in Physical Education and Athletics" distinction.

Varvara also has experience with judging rhythmic gymnastics and organizing large-scale shows at state, regional, national, and international levels.
